Facade / radiation
Radiation is mapped per quad across the selected facade mesh. The chosen shade and fixed blocker are checked against sun rays. Change mesh density to compare resolution and solve time.

LOCAL STANDARD TIME
Selected EPW hour
Relative luminance estimate modeled from the selected EPW hour and solar position.
RESULTS
SELECTED EPW HOUR
Perez-style relative sky-luminance estimate, normalized from 0 to 1. EPW cloud cover broadens the bright region illustratively; it does not recreate cloud shapes. This is not measured luminance and does not drive the facade or daylight solver.
Facade radiation
Adjust solar time and shading.
Reading the model
Radiation, daylight, and wind use purpose-built analysis meshes. Solar studies share the Mumbai location and selected shade geometry; wind uses its own direction and speed settings.
Radiation is mapped per quad across the selected facade mesh. The chosen shade and fixed blocker are checked against sun rays. Change mesh density to compare resolution and solve time.
Daylight is measured on a separate interior floor mesh. The shade can block direct sun and sky, or contribute a reflected-light bounce to the reading.
Live wind solves a three-dimensional velocity field. Inspect height maps, vertical sections and flow trails, or select the legacy surface-screening method.
The selected EPW station, date, and hour shape a relative sky luminance field. Sky mode shows that atmospheric context beside the station readings.
